Not interesting enough (SPOILERS)

I can see the intent (I think)of a lost soul returning to help other lost souls to pass over into the next life but for me the premise falls down when living and dead people interact. I skipped the last section because it was just more of the first section and the ending was obvious so I just fast forwarded to that.
There was very little conflict and no drama and a weak plot - all the things needed to make a film work.
