Don't think many remember this guy, and been dead for some time, but to me billy ray looks like wolfman jack. Wolfman used to be a radio DJ. Does anyone think he does?
Look on this site for wolfman jack. There should be a picture of him or try other means. Wolfman did some movies but only remember one, american graffiti playing a radio DJ.
