Way Too Much Dialogue. Barely Any Suspense/Horror.

The classic slasher formula is there. The costume and weapons of the killer are cool. Some of the kills are nice even though they are very few and far in between.

But, there is an over abundance of dialogue. Especially, there's large dialogue scenes about backstory of the characters and unnecessary drama right after they see one of their friends die. It makes no sense.

45 - 55 minutes into the movie and there's still a crapload of redundant dialogue happening and barely any suspense. And it's unintentionally funny. Like bad funny. Almost a parody of a slasher film.

There's not many scares. And there's barely any blood for a slasher/"horror" film.

But, yeah... One of the biggest problems this film has is it's way too talky. Worst of all, you don't care about any of the characters who are doing all the melodrama talking.

And a lot of the dialogue is poorly written, I cringed at some of Heather Morris's lines.
