shareIt's actually worse. If you like Richie Rich, you'll likely be disappointed with this. Other than it being about a rich kid who has a robot maid, it bears no resemblance to the comic book character. I would have preferred that they made up a new character instead of trying to make this a Richie Rich program. Even if they had, it's just not funny. I highly recommend ear plugs to any parent planning to watch this with his child. Better yet, find something else for you and your child to watch together.
I can't believe the same company green lit both The Adventures of Puss in Boots and this. I know people have complained about the CGI of Puss in Boots but at least it's funny for both kids and adults. Richie Rich is torture.
