Why not Buddy Rich?

Good grief, who are these people?

The only characters I see on the cast list that I recognize are the titular character, of course, and Irona!

No Cadbury? No Gloria? No Reggie? No Freckles or Peewee?

The 90s movies were more faithful to the source material, even that mess called "Richie's Christmas Wish."

Makes me not want a subscription to Netflix!

Trailer was awful. Way worse than the movie/film version. Obviously, cartoon was cool. Someone watched the pilot and said it was really bad. :/

While I agree with all the negative things on the message boards thus far, I think the target audience needs to be kept in mind when reviewing the show. My 8 year old is home sick from school and hasn't stopped grinning through this show.

Yes, it's a hot mess of terrible acting and very little relates back to the original comics (which I loved as a kid), but for my son's demographic it seems to be a perfect mix of wacky behaviour, imagination, sibling rivalry and bad jokes e.g. A toilet that follows you around.
