Not only a female but a lesbian as well? There is nothing wrong with being female or lesbian, incidentally. I wish I didn't even have to say that, actually. It's just that every time I see the promo photos for this show on IMDB or Netflix I swear to god it looks like any number of lesbians that I have met in real life. I think the eyebrows are a big part of that problem but there are other contributing factors as well.

This is one of those plastic formulaic kids shows that insults the intelligence of anyone who possesses intelligence. They gave him a butch lesbian haircut, which happens to be a 10yo boy's haircut. They put lots of make-up on the boy, including too much lipstick. So...he looks like a lesbian. There's your answer.
