The unique watch on Sergio Di Zio's wrist

Is it just me or did anyone else notice the unusual wristwatch he displayed once or twice in as many scenes?

I know its a prop, and likely non-functional, but I think the face of the watch is absolutely fabulous.
Kind of weird with the hour, minute and second hands all separate.
The oddest thing is the large separate fourth hand that uses the whole face of the watch,
with angle degrees marked around the perimeter.

Very nice antique look to it.
If anyone knows where I can find more info in the piece,
I would love to know more.

Photos of it's face would be a real treat!!
