Great Movie; Inaccurate Plot Summary (...three suitors...)

I just want to say: the "Plot Summary", I think it's called, that appears here for this movie is inaccurate. (The one I'm referring to says something about "...three suitors pursue a hopeless romantic.."). There weren't three suitors at all. I guess she USED to date someone; there's the guy she's known since childhood, and works in his shop now. That's it; the only other guy in it was Harold the angel, whom we later find out is...oops...better leave that part out. ANYway, the movie was VERY sweet, well written, acted, and directed, wasn't "cutesy wutesy" like so many of these made-for-cable movies are, and with the supernatural/fantasy element of Harold and the other angel, was very charming...one of the best Christmas movies I've seen in years, and I've watched over 250 in the last seven years.

Hi, Steve: I couldn't agree more. I wondered if they threw the "extra" suitor in the description to try & maybe throw the viewer off with the relationship and intentions of Harold? But your summation of the movie is perfect. Just a sweet, heartwarming movie; not the typical cheesy, but cute movie to just get you in the Holiday Spirit. I had responded to someone else's post and elaborated on how the ending made me cry and how I feel Sergio's "Harold" made the movie; in my little emotional opinion. Merry Christmas and Happy Christmas movie watching!

Corrine's holiday season gets an unexpected dose of romance when she meets the mysterious Harold

this is part of a plot summery that I got from the station that is giving it to me...bravo Canada.....

I couldn't copy and paste, it all, but that appeared in my google window, for some reason...

so no, what the plot says here, doesn't add up...

can't wait to see the movie....

susan

have there really been that many Christmas movies....wow....

Yes, that's a MUCH better description you gave there...thanks. About the number of Christmas movies I've seen: well, that includes older ones that have been on TV, since I started keeping track in 2007. Many have premiered since then too, but many were made previously that I've viewed since then.

I'm with you on "one of the best".... I really liked the Peter Faulk Xmas movies, Most Wonderful Time of the Year, First Christmas, and because of the cast, I liked (When)Angels Sing.
