I always like the stories when the overlooked nice guy gets the girl. When friendship turns to love, and the Heroine finally realizes that the guy who was right under her nose is her one true love, not the more exciting "bad boy." So yeah. Her singing was awful though!
shareI agree. It was a really cute movie, but her singing was really bad. I kept trying go tolerate it and thought maybe it would get better, but it didn't. I just watched Catch a Christmas Star and the lead female character was supposed to be a huge pop star with a beautiful voice and her singing was awful too. They should just hire someone to sing for the character and then have the actress lip sync.
