shareI thought so too, but now after episode 4 I realized I just can't get into this season. Perhaps I should wait until the season is over and then see if it's worth binging.
I didn't like Ep 4 either -- but I've come this far. It's suffering from last season-itis. Spending all that time "lost in the woods" is beneath Mr. Robot level writing. It's also strange to give Wellick that kind of send-off. It seems as though they did it for the actor rather than to adhere to the character. I hope it's salvageable with all the eps they have left, but I've yet to see these shows stick a landing. They deviate from what they've established, so it feels off or forced in an attempt to suddenly wrap up.

shareNothing specific other than maintain the level we've been watching during the series. I hope I won't be able to predict a thing -- but not b/c they deviate to things that shouldn't follow from what's been established (which unfortunately has already happened in a few instances this season). It just has to follow and be compelling to be fulfilling.
I agree with you on all fronts. Let's hope it at the very least meets expectations.
