How else could she have survived a crazy shootout that apparently killed several people including the target who was sitting within arm's reach of her and meanwhile she's no worse for the wear other than some blood on her jacket? Minor quibble, I know but seems like a stretch.

Darlene getting out of the shootout alive should be no more a surprise than Dom surviving her second shootout with the DA. They could simply have instructions not to do either of them in.
Cisco was clearly the target, standard housecleaning of an outed DA member.
Darlene is "The Master"'s sister, not something to trifle with.

Yeah, but it was my understanding that a bunch of innocent people died in that diner despite the fact that Cisco was the intended target. How do they pull that off and not even catch Darlene with a stray? Dom, you can sell me on her getting out clean since she's actually somewhat accustomed to reacting quickly in those situations. Darlene, not so much. Either way, not a big deal.

The people hit were likely behind Cisco and not sitting across the table from him. Maybe we will see a ballistics analysis in Season 3 to confirm this.
shareIt looked to me like Dom pulled her down. She was the first one to see the DA assassins approaching. It was shot in a wide angle from far away, so it's hard to tell.
sharePossible but that would have to be really tight timewise. Too late of a reaction to save Cisco but enough time after he gets shot to save Darlene. Again, minor point so it doesn't really matter.
