How come Thanos' war ship wasn't detected ? And
No alarms went off even though it ripped through part of the roof..
In Winter Soldier at the end the ships putting up the targets the Stark Tower was shown with a red dot in it.

shareI think Tony's tech is advanced enough to detect a breach (a giant Hole through the roof) and a giant spaceship floating outside their HQ and most probably in coming missiles
shareReal world air craft have ways to fly in and attack undetected or at least be undetected long enough to carry out said attack. I would imagine Thanos’ ship has something far better than that. Whatever security system Tony had was probably disabled in some way.
