yes and no I think, I still think Avatar is the highest grossing movie ever.

Of course, if you count for inflation and population numbers. Gone with the wind has even more.

Endgame was also released in 1,000 more theaters than Avatar, plus inflation.

Avatar was also re-released otherwise it should be at $2.749 billion
