Spiderman: Far From Home Nick Fury mentions Mysterio is "from Earth, just not ours. The snap tore a hole in our dimension"...this heralds the multiverse...meaning there are infinite universes that Black Widow exists in that she didn't die. They could easily write in that she crosses over from one of the alternate universes almost identical to ours where Hawkeye sacrificed himself instead of Black Widow.

Theoretically the same could apply to Gamora and Iron Man.

Sure any number of ways are possible

When Tony snapped, I half expected him to appear in the "orange soul stone world" and see her there - so maybe the eternal trade can be undone

But what I'd personally really respect, however damaging it may be to Scarlett's salary, is for them to make a Black Widow movie about her origins, Budapest, etc. and have her still be dead at the end.

Done right, it'd be a bittersweet, potentially powerful drama
