So Kevin Feige Killed Black Widow to give us the lifeless Superman knock off known as Captain Dull as Shit.

But the new haircut...lolz...lame...

She was going for the lesbo look.

reply

It's not like BW ever did anything interesting.

She was just on the team to be the girlfriend of the male heroes who didn't have an established girlfriend.

reply

Not sure who you talking about , Banner has Betty Ross , Hawkeye is married with children

reply

Okay, then, she's there to be the girlfriend for every hero who doesnt have a girlfriend played by a big-name actress. Happy?

Because she sure isnt there to be a superhero in her own right.

reply

Wait, I thought they were going to have a Black Widow origin story. Did that get canceled? Pretty sure they were doing it. Think it's the only movie where the character didn't die already.

reply

No it's still happening it's in pre production.

reply

It was weird how the Black Widow and Hulk relationship was barely touched on in Endgame.

reply

Probably because it was just a lazy way that Joss Whedon came up with to include some "character moments" for two characters that he didn't know what else to do with

Also, in Age of Ultron Black Widow was still the only female Avenger (Scarlet Witch joined only at the end). Since Scarlet Witch makes Hulk go on a rampage, Whedon wanted a female character to have a "King Kong" style moment, where the beast is soothed by a beautiful woman. Nevermind that Banner is supposed to be in love with Betty Ross, Whedon just decided to pair up two random Avengers

reply

Even if you didn't like their relationship in Ultron, it still happened and barely addressing it in Endgame was an odd choice.

seeing scarjos new look/dye job and watchin her kicking ass in her booties (even tho she not superhuman) was one of the highlights of a new Avengers/Cap America

oh well we get another movie with her at least
