Most had a feeling that Downey Jr and Evans pretty much done, a little surprised with Johansson but sure they will probably bring her back. Bettany not all that shocking. I thought the writing out of Steve Rodgers was nicely and it was nice ending to the film and Tony Stark was done nicely too.

I wasn't too shocked by the ones who died.
