After Hulk’s snap, he went to the courtyard window and saw something that made him thing they succeeded

Was it birds? Two trees where there’d only been one?

The birds returned , which indicated the snap worked

Pretty much.

Birds were singing and the trees blooming. These were things he obviously hadn’t seen ever since he came out of the Quantum Realm.
