Where is Adam Warlock????.he is supposed to defeat Thanos ..

.....???

reply

In the comics sure, but the MCU doesn't necessarily follow the comics very closely. I look at the MCU as a completely seperate universe to the comics, so them making changes from the comics doesn't really upset me or anything.

That being said, if Warlock happened to be in Endgame, that's definitely not something they'd want to spoil in the trailer.

reply

Adam Warlock has a penis. So he not allowed to help.

reply

Lmao....yup I think we already know who is gonna be the one to bring Thanos down....

reply

Might it be the First Avenger, Captain America?

Oh wait, Carol "Avenger" Danvers.

reply

No one is "supposed to defeat Thanos".

If Adam Warlok suddenly showed up in Avengers:Endgame and defeated Thanos wouldn't that also negate the efforts of the existing surviving Avengers? How is that any different than Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) as well as the OG Mar Vell who also fought and defeated Thanos showing up to save the day?

Methinks your Gender bias is showing.

Whats going on with your movie Norrin? I am very impatient to see it.

You and me BOTH!!!

Stan Lee had often talked about his desire to see The Silver Surfer brought to screen in a standalone movie as The Silver Surfer is one of his most cerebral and thoughtfully voiced characters. https://screenrant.com/stan-lee-wants-silver-surfer-movie-cameo-idea/

For so many who rant, moan and complain about so-called agendas and SJW-isms affecting CB movies they have/had no idea that Stan (as conservative as he was) was deeply progressive and very direct about it.

From Stan Lee:

"He’s the one I want to see more. He’s the most philosophical of all the characters I’ve ever worked on. And I have an idea for my cameo in that one!"
The Silver Surfer may not be one of the most important characters in Marvel print canon but he was indeed a seminal character that made the audience reflect the most about the human condition on a personal level.

The time for the Surfer has long since passed as his position in comic book lore has been side-stepped by Fox and the MCU starting without the FF. My personal attachment stems from my love for the FF, Ben Grimm and all things springing from that Golden Era.

Where the Silver Surfer needs to go you can't get there from where we are.

reply

You should be more optimistic, as I am, now that Marvel has the rights back to the FF. And now is the perfect time with all the advances in cgi to do The Silver Surfer origin story right. In my dream scenario the reboot of the FF would be a story-line based around a conflict with Namor (cause I am also impatiently waiting for his intro) and at the conclusion an introduction of The Silver Surfer arriving to scope out the Earth for Galactus. Then they could release the Silver Surfer origin film before the next FF film which would be the proper story that Fox completely ruined in Rise of The Silver Surfer.

reply

Well just because you said be more optimistic I bumped the Silver Surfer movie.

Nyuk, Nyuk!!!

Right on. ;-)
