I loved that bit when Thanos thought he killed Tony Stark but it was T'Challa in that suit (Spoilers!)

And Tony shows up in the Black Panter suit telling Thanos to never go full retard and shoots him IN THE FACE before Thanos unleashes his Omega Sanction onto T'Challa sending him back in time to start human civilisation afresh.

Wolverine and Deadpool cameos were awesome too!
