Of course the annoying humour will be in this. I'll admit, the trailer looked pretty great, but so did the trailer for Ultron and that pretty much destroyed my faith in the MCU.

Because it actually belong in superhero films. People who are involved in a lot of life-or-death situations, like soldiers, doctors, or firefighters, tend to use humor as a coping mechanism. Inappropriate humor, typically.

Yes, I've seen the script. Thanos and the Black Order are defeated by "get help" when the Avengers pick up Hulk and throw him at them.

Considering the filmmakers, this should be expected to be Civil War 2 on grander scale with a lot more characters.
