For example Siskel and Ebert would adjust their rating system differently for kids movies. They would try to get in the heads of what kids wanted instead of adults to give it a fair up or down as to whether the family should see it for their kids to enjoy. Brie was trying to make a point that a lot of reviewers did not adjust their rating system for A Wrinkle in Time and instead reviewed it based on their personal system that they rate all movies.
