I know they changed predictions from a disappointing opening weekend to a big second weekend drop. The movie is not a flop by any measure . Will they give up and accept their "anti-white" controversy is in their heads?

My wife dragged me to see it last Friday; the theater was at least half empty. I'm surprised the movie is making as much as it is. It wasn't as bad as I expected but still really mediocre. Think I agree with the reviews saying it felt like a phase 1 movie, maybe even straight to home video. Larson's acting just wasn't good at all. Her smarmy jokes all fell so flat.
I'd already decided a couple years ago I could only stay invested in the MCU til Endgame then I'm done; just too weary of how formulaic these movies have become. The masses are still clearly eating them up, though; it's vexing, but it is what it is, I guess.
