Was this a false flag?

Disney knew the movie sucked. It was a poorly animated CGI fest with hollow characters and story, and a terrible lead aggressively pushed on you as your new flying mommy.

Did they deliberately try to stir up controversy as an excuse?

reply

Have you seen it Thrillhouse?

reply

No, I hate these kinds of movies. I just like to see giant corporations fail.

reply

Unless it's a Trump organization, right?

reply

So how do you know it sucks?

By the way, I'm not a fan of corporations either. It dismays me to see so many purported progressives stick their necks out to defend them, but, still, I'm not going to lie about a film being bad if it's not.

reply

I'm presuming it sucks because otherwise the theory doesn't apply.

reply

So basically, another idiot thread of yours, eh?

reply

Crossed my mind. Target a demographic and place the blame on their shoulders before the film is even released. If it over performs, you're triumphant in the face of adversity. If it under peforms, it's we told you so.

reply

Thank you. That's what I wanted to say. You put it well.

reply

Yeah it wouldn't be the first time, they did the same thing with Solo.

reply

They absolutely did.

reply

And Ghostbusters

reply

What? You mean, shame people into buying a ticket? I don't think that works.
In any case, the movie's still gonna make a tonne of money abroad where people don't care about SJW nonsense and just like superhero movies. More than likely they will miss all the propaganda and just watch it for CGI fights.

reply

You havent seen it , so how do you know it sucked ?
