Obligatory acknowledgement that some real fans may be expressing genuine concern aside, it’s mostly manufactured hate by the wildly foolish and deluded incel/manbaby bunch. This was the exact same situation with Black Panther. And it shouldn’t be a mystery why they’re doing this.


The reality is, the majority are looking forward to Captain Marvel. The movie keeps taking the number two spot for the most anticipated movie of 2019 in many online polls (right after Endgame) and its advanced ticket sales are soaring and actually beating almost all of the Marvel films— they’re crushing expectations essentially.

So... the detractors say there is no hype? Cute. The unmistakable petty trolls on this and other sites can moan, deny facts and spread their hate agenda as always (once again, just like they did with Black Panther). Reality is always against them and I find it that ignoring them can be for the best. As such, many will be seeing and enjoying Captain Marvel.
