shareNo matter how powerful they make her, she’s not going to be a perfect superhuman by any means. If they can make the seemingly indestructible Hulk look weak, then you can bet Captain Marvel will have her flaws.
As Kevin Feige said, like every Marvel superhero Captain Marvel won’t be a “perfect cutout icon”. They are going to ground her enough to make her resonate with audiences, and that’s something Marvel has always done with their characters. So if audiences can connect with her on a human level, then her having supposedly unmatched powers shouldn’t be a problem.
Heard that her weakness is alcohol, doesnt seems like much of a flaw
shareWell, yes, that is not a flaw when it comes to her superpowers. But again, if her abilities are in fact unmatchable (which I don’t fully expect to be the case), the important thing is they want to make her feel like a real person with real problems. I mean her alcohol problem could be enough to hinder her from doing what she needs to do. I’m sure they will find some way to make CM look weaker and have her opponents stand a chance against her.
