What's wrong with another action comedy? After the drama we'll get with "Infinity War", why not have another comedic movie?

Because that's ALL Marvel do. Infinity War is not gonna change that.

well marvel does that because it keeps families coming, and they tell good stories through their comedic capabilities. If it isn't broken, why are you upset it's not getting fixed?

For me personally i think it's kinda lazy. But I was genuinely surprised by Black Panther which went out of it's way to avoid all of the cheesy witticisms. And ended up a stronger movie with deep nuanced moral dilemmas.

In my opinion, I think Marvel is being misblamed. I think this is something Disney is enforcing.

I read some of her stories when she went by the name of "Ms. Marvel", and i never picked up any action comedy vibes from it.

I like action comedies, it's just that Marvel under Disney is the same movie being made over and over. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the original show and the 2003 version) had a much better balance of humour and dramatics than a series of Hollywood blockbusters.

I like action comedies ttoo, like Lethal Weapon and similar movies. But Marvel like you said makes the same movies (tonally) over and over again.

Action Comedies are fine if they're done like action comedies. Marvel likes to make their movies closer to live action cartoons rather than faithful tonal adaptations.

I love action comedies. I love realistic ones like "Rush Hour", and I love fantastic comic-book ones like "Guardians of the Galaxy".

I hope "Infinity War" has plenty of action and comedy in it, but after "Ultron" I'm afraid that they'll have too much DC-style seriousness. I keep going to Marvel films because they consistently deliver action and comedy, and they'd better not let me down!
