Do the Camera operators go to the same support group as Michael J Fox?

I love Michael J Fox and quite frankly I think he'd do a better job than

A Camera Operator
Ken Fisher

or
B Camera Operator
Matthew Pearce

The show started really funny, plus being a big fan of Tom Arnold and Malin Akerman I was super pumped, but then...I was so distracted by edward scissorhands trying to keep still I completely fell into a trance and didn't really watch the show, what a shame, a disappointment. Again, not with their performances, but the camera work in the pilot.

IT IS SO BAD!
Seriously, can one of the crew explain to me why it's so bad? Was it one take? Rushed for time? Disabled "have-a-go" day? Laughing?

The scenes I'm talking about are the close ones, trust me, watch it and you'll know the ones. Even Ray Charles can see how bad it was!

I 100% get the fast paced feel you get with a close up moving camera, but there's a difference in steady fast paced flow with good editing and this abomination.

Does the camera work get better in the next few episodes, cause honestly, I can't handle watching another episode like that. Even a blind granny can hold a bloody smartphone steadier.
*EDIT - No, the camera work does not get better, even the camera angles are whack. 5~7ish minutes into the second episode, wow, it actually forces you to stop watcing the show and mentally say "oi *beep* hold 'er steady...steeaadddyyyyy...."

Dear Yahoo, I get you like cowboys and lassoing stuff while chanting yahoooooo! But please, for the love of onion peppers, don't make this motion actionable by you crew when recording is ongoing.
Sincerely,
even cheap camcorders have anti-shake settings...
