Its no1 on scocial media! And has tons of fans. The only thing bad are the ratings. . .I wonder why ppl talk about it n then they dont watch?/makes zeeeero sense.

Because at least half these people are watching online, or don't have a Nielsen box.

We live in a digital age. No one is gonna want to watch a show at a time when it's inconvenient for them if they don't have to.

DVR, streaming, even pirating when it's available. Pretty soon, every network is going to have to drop its live ratings.
