Streaming Platform?

When the various platforms released their October releases, I assumed I'd see Shadowhunters pop up on the Netflix list. Yet, it wasn't there. ABCFamily (I refuse to call it FreeForm) shows all stream on Netflix so, what gives? Does anyone know why it isn't streaming anywhere yet? Season 1 ended ages ago.
