Poor CGI for main scene - SPOILER

How hard would it of been to add realistic roadkill effects? Tires from three cars would of created blood tracks along the pavement. Instead they used a cheap static cgi effect. One of the last 2 cars would of slightly swerved or at least tapped brakes.

I wonder if they used stock traffic footage for that scene.
