This is a real crazy story of officer mike Dowd who became the dirtiest cop in history. This guy robbed, sold drugs and made a whole lot of money while ruining many lives in his wake. This was a brilliantly told story almost Scorcese like in its nature. Recommend to anybody. Just awesome !!!

Yeah except he was hardly the dirtiest cop in history. Read up on the bootlegger era or a half dozen other periods in us history - hes a boy scout in comparison.
shareI was thinking the same thing. There have been much dirtier cops out there, murderous gangster cops. Many of them got away with their crimes.
Mike practically threw himself in a prison cell. If he had been discreet he would have retired with benefits like the rest.
Yeah this is a great Documentary. I've been recommending it to friends.
