When you read the premise for this show it says that everyone's wiped out except those 22 and under. But when the teacher turned 22 she auto croaked. I wish somebody would get their stories straight.... Did I miss something?

She lied about her age.
They showed one guy in the first episode who was dead at 22. Pretty sure it's under 22's who are the only ones alive. So it makes sense that she died.

If others, don't make up other stories for this show, than it makes perfect sense!
Synopsis: "Between is the story of a town under siege from a mysterious disease that has wiped out everybody 22 years and older. The series explores the power vacuum that results when a government has quarantined a 10-mile diameter area and left the inhabitants to fend for themselves."
Hence the phrase; "everybody 22 years and older"
This whole concept and execution has so many flaws. They should have made it at least 25 and under because everyone on the show will die soon lol. That and no one looks under 22, they all look late 20s and some even look a bit into their 30s.
