Mark and Eric (spoilers)

It was when Eric was witnessed stealing from the bar by Mark. Mark saw him with the cart after finding the bar's padlock, cut. He confronted Eric and let him know he just wanted the liquor back. Eric acted as if he was going to hand the booze over (there was canned food inside), but pulled a knife and cut Mark. He then lunged for him a second time with a swinging motion, missed Mark completely, and from the force of the missed lunge, wound up impaling himself with the knife.

I found that scene hard to believe (but with this show, many plots are unbelievable). However, that is what happened.
