IS this series ignoring the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical?

I haven't seen any episodes but came to the page to see if Andrew Lloyd Webber and his current Broadway musical was somehow linked to this series production. Doesn't look like it.

Also, is it me (or my phone) but has IMDb removed the ratings bar to this series page?

Googling the title, Google says that the series has a 4.4 IMDb average.

I never seen an active page for a series or movie (once released or midst of a season) where the ability to rate the production or look into the demographics of the voting base has been removed from.the page.
