You can make a sequel 14 years later without it feeling like a reunion special for an old TV show. JOE DIRT PART 2 does feel like one because it's so desperate to do something with the story and characters that it even uses the tired IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE formula. It also borrows from other movies like THE WIZARD OF OZ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmytYDIAYuI) and BACK TO THE FUTURE. Well, at least it acknowledges them. By doing that, it's also admitting the similarities the 1st installment had with FORREST GUMP. By the way, why do the people the title character is telling the story to believe him? Why does JOE has his old wig?

Se puede hacer una secuela 14 años después sin sentirse como un especial de reunión para un viejo programa de TV. LAS AVENTURAS DE JOE EL SUCIO PARTE 2 sí se siente como uno porque está tan desesperado por hacer algo con la historia y los personajes que hasta usa la gastada formula de ¡QUE BELLO ES VIVIR!. También toma prestado de otras películas como EL MAGO DE OZ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmytYDIAYuI) y VOLVER AL FUTURO. Bueno, al menos lo reconoce. Al hacer eso, también admite las similitudes que la 1ra entrega tenía con FORREST GUMP. Por cierto, ¿por qué la gente a la que el personaje titular le cuenta su historia le creen? ¿Por qué JOE tiene su peluca vieja?
