Synths don't blink?

I didn't pay attention all season but during the last episode I noticed none of the synths blink when their eyes are visible in screen. Props to the actors, I wear contacts and they dry out real quick if I don't blink every couple seconds. XD

Did anyone catch this throughout the entire season?

Obviously it makes sense they don't need to blink as it's a natural eye function but would just be a wasted ad-on for synths. I guess humans don't pay attention because the synths have no need to fake it to fit in.

I noticed that in the first 5 minutes of episode one.

OK synths don't need to blink, but Niske does in episode 3 to blend in. There again she is a mod, so she knows she has to.

At the end of episode 3, when Anita and Laura are talking, Anita blinks a lot.
