Anyone watch how to build a human last night

It was abit disappointing for me, the robot wasn't remotely convincing imo. AI is obviously advancing quickly but I think we're still many decades away from robots looking real and being able to have a conversation like a human.

We'll probably get convincing cyborgs first than androids.

It is possible to imagine a cyborg that would have artificial brain, artificial bones, perhaps also some other artificial organs, like heart, nerves, but other organs would be human-like - such a cyborg could be build to be able to get pregnant (if being cyborg woman) or fertilize human or cyborg women (if being cyborg man).

If they also would be at least as sentient, conscious and intelligent as humans then there would be no reason not have relationships with them like with humans (because we do not normally think about what is inside us, so it would not really matter what is inside them).

Also that way they would not be able or had no reason to conquer human race, because their children would be humans (if their ova and sperm would contain human DNA) - thanks to that we would be able to preserve human existence despite having conscious robots (cyborgs) walking among us.
So it seems crucial that future robots should be able to conceive human offspring with humans or other robots (and the easiest way to do this is by having cyborgs, not androids, as partners).
Unless of course those cyborgs would prefer to create an artificial android baby. Then we might have a problem...
Or they might want, instead of being pregnant, proliferate human babies in an artificial environment outside of any body.

Do you mean like The Matrix? Maybe that's the link with Carrie Anne Moss...
