Until they get a new Batman and Superman, they could do expanded universe styled films centered on other teams like Justice League Dark or The Outsiders. Or hell, at least a Teen Titans movie. Evidently they're planning a friggin Justice Society movie.

shareMy idea: Shazam and Green Lantern team up movie. Green Lantern is an iconic character, but I think the superpower and overall story arc is too silly to be integrated into Batman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman traditional style superhero story.
Green Lantern is too nonsensical and comical. Great for comicbooks but terrible as live-action movies, as proven by the last Green Lantern movie. I mean, his weakness is the color yellow! Perfect fit for Shazam, and maybe also Ezra Miller's Flash (if he's still with WB.)
Imagine those three stooges, Shazam, dumb Flash and yellowphobic Green Lantern in a movie together. Hillarity ensues!
