Not the rookie but the one with the earrings? There's a spumor that I saw somewhere that one of the cops is having a gay affair with someone. I'll bet it's him. In addition to the earrings, he seems slightly effeminate IMO.

He doesn't seem effeminate at all to me, I bet Santino Fontana's character is the one having a gay affair.

If he's got "earrings" then he's probably gay. Usually they try and cover more bases, one guy is gay, another is black and some other guy is a cop, but they have rolled all of those into a gay black cop, that's just lazy.
