Lazarus

This show looks as if it is trying to jump the gun on Greg Rucka's comic book called 'Lazarus'. Lazarus is comic book where the global order had collapsed and is now run by a series of families who have carved up the world amongst themselves. How we got to the situation in Lazarus is that due to mis-management and poor fiscal rule. Companies/Banks investment houses run by certain families have bought up government debt and have controlled vast territories etc. I'm probably oversimplifying it here. But the comic book series is worth checking out for those of you who enjoy speculative science fiction. Lazarus has essentially been optioned as a tv series. But I have no clue at what stage it's at right now.
