***Spoilers ahead*** you watch this final episode and don't comprehend the meaning of Ben(aaron) giving his freedom/escape of his fake persona away to save his childhood friend you are missing out. seeing Ben give away his dream. His one and only desire to be with his soul mate. He lost it. Holy fudge!

I had the opposite reaction. Thought the season finale episode really turned up the soap-opera aspect. And you could kinda see the "twist" coming because where would the story go if he and elena got out? Killing Doctor McKay was kinda blah, he felt under-used after the first episode.

I would have said that if it had just been the older man (forget his name), but he couldn't let the little girl suffer and live in the Red Zone. If he had done that, it would have been out of character with the choices he's made so far.

Anyway is this going to be renewed?
