You can't really get high, much less hallucinate, from these herbs can you?
shareI highly doubt it. And even if you could, why would the channel show everybody watching how to get high? Every tweener looking for a fix would be trying to smoke mugwort
shareAfter looking around the only effects of smoking mugwort and uva ursi are a mild relaxation and calmness feeling. It's basically the opposite of smoking tobacco which is a stimulant. But no it won't get you "high" or make you hallucinate. Although smoking mugwort can apparently increase your chances of having vivid or lucid dreams so people smoke it before bed.
Historically both were used as alternatives to tobacco. It's no where in the realm of a legit narcotic though.
