QUESTION ABOUT ENDING

e1619087 I am a little thrown off by that ending. It was like all that he saw was not real and he just went crazy I guess while fighting the war. It was clear at one point he was truly hallucinating but maybe he was already losing his mind before this? I really am not sure and want answers from people involved with the film. As for any scene in the credits I do not know what you speak of as I saw none in the credits. I really would like to see what you saw. I also would love to hear the director's commentary on this. Also I got to say I enjoyed some aspects of the film like the sets/locations they used. I thought the zombies were interesting although at times I thought we could have done without some of the fake blood being thrown around. I do think there was potential here for this to be more over the top and dramatic and to have more action in it and it might have made it better but I can also appreciate a slow moving movie. Oh and that lady he saw I think that was a figment of his imagination and if you compare the way his mother looks to that lady they look extremely similar. His mom in his dreams/imagination or whatever said if he called on her she would be there. I think this is what happened. With him losing his mind from the war and him finally being all alone he called on her and she appeared ... in his mind. So things to ask for sure and that is were the zombies real? What was real in this movie and what wasn't? Anyway it definitely was an interesting movie to watch and like with you e1619087 it left me with questions too. Hopefully some of what I said maybe made you think about what you saw and maybe gave you answers but hopefully others will chime in and tell us more. Hopefully some people connected with the film will do it eventually.
