The Antidote to the Academy Awards Nonsense
Here is a film that has black and white people interacting with each other and astoundingly race doesn't come up once! No one from this film was nominated for an academy award and I couldn't care less. In fact, I am glad. I wouldn't want this film to be tainted by the Academy Awards. I wouldn't want Regina Hall or Jessica Williams to be treated as token nominees or see endless "finally someone that is black got a nomination" stories in the news. Their performances along with the other cast members stand on their own.
To Will Smith: your best performance was over two decades ago in "Six Degrees of Separation"; if you would have protested then, I would have been more sympathetic.
