Pretty negative stuff man. I'm no hipster, but this movie looks like a movie for people who experience feelings and emotions from time to time. It looks well done, and I'll look forward to seeing it. Open-mindedness is not such a bad thing.

well said, I'll definetely watch this, the trailer was very funny and I'll try to watch pretty much everything that Jemaine Clement is involved in.

I've seen hipster films, but this one felt more honest with it's middle-aged couple, kids, dry humor, and a comic book as a supporting character (of sort). I enjoyed it and actually laughed out loud a few times. It some ways it felt oddly anti-hipster...or like a ex-hipster's film.

Some of my favorite dialogue from the film:

KAT (student): "Uh, Mr. Henry..."

MR. HENRY (teacher): "Yeah?"

KAT: "Are you okay?"

MR. HENRY: "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm Just having a bad life. It'll be over eventually."

The fact that you say "Looks like" means you didn't bother to watch it, therefore your opinion on the matter is pointless. i very much enjoyed the movie, and have been a fan of Jemaine's for some time.
