Who is 'little death'

I'm a little confused on who Little Death is. Were we given a back story or was she introduced and I just have horrible memory?

Who knows, but "little death" in French (petite mort) refers to an orgasm.

Why can't you be a non-conformist like everyone else?

She is new. Wasn't in the other 2 movies as far as I know, but her backstory is simply that she killed a crazy amount of people in self-defense on Purge Night a few years back.
