He said he found two shotgun caps and blakey in the first episode. What's a blakey?

Thanks. I was having no luck googling it.

It's a flat kidney shaped piece of metal about an inch or so long with spikes on one face. It is fitted to the heel of a shoe or boot to prevent wear.
