Agreed. IMHO he is good partially thanks to the scripts and the directors, so kudo to them too.

Remember S2-E1 with the baby's lunch time in the field, he tried to see if the milk was warm or cold by sipping from the bottle to the shock of Andy the dad who then said quietly "No, nothing". Or S2-E4 with the bib, he told Andy that the baby can be without the bib for one day (not verbatim) and then "Oh, come on, he is a 3 month old baby, roughen him up". This really cracked me up.
