why?
Stupid...
shareSomeone else cashing in on the popularity of The Walking Dead and other zombie pop culture. The terms state that IF they can finish the movie, Syfy will air it on their channel. Since the movie (Thr33 Days Dead) now has a status of Post-Production, and this series is airing, it's a safe bet they finished it. I think they're hoping to show how hard it is for independent filmmakers to get a movie made. Six years and $25,000 from a personal account is a big investment.

We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.
I live in Jasper, and since they are still casting zombies, I doubt they are finished. They have been making this movie for a long while, so I don't think they're trying to cash in, but maybe just honoring one of Jasper's favorite sons, Michael Rooker, Merle from The Walking Dead.
shareThe director is a hack. He has no business being a film maker. He needs story boards and a better producer. You don't just show up and wing it. On top of that it seems very cheap with a generic plot. The director needs to ask himself, "is this a film i would watch?". If he answers yes, he's even more of a goof than i thought.

It is pretty obvious this is an scripted show made to look as a reality show...at least parts of it...in the first episode when they run over the mannequin's head and the guts splashes on the guy, that *beep* is so set up.
