They discuss a word of a crazy murderer that went on a killing rampage. They don't like him and take him to the sweat chamber to "find out what kind of man he is". After that, they call him "crazy man" and basically tell him you have to leave. Because the one Indian hits him with a rock, he goes crazy and shoots the 2 and spares the boy.
